The 3 platform serves as a digital intermediary connecting customers with restaurants. All food preparation, quality, and service are the sole responsibility of the restaurant. The 3 facilitates order transmission but does not prepare or deliver food directly.

Customers can pay using available methods including online payment and pay-at-table. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices displayed on the menu are set by the restaurant and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Split Payment, Pay For Me, and Random Bill Draw features require a connected Friends list. The 3 facilitates these payment requests between users but is not responsible for disputes between friends regarding payment obligations.

Loyalty points are earned based on order value and are specific to each restaurant. Points have no cash value and expire if unused for 12 months. The 3 reserves the right to adjust the loyalty program terms at any time.

Customers may post reviews and stories about their dining experience. Content must be authentic and not defamatory. The 3 reserves the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines. Stories automatically expire after 24 hours.

The 3 collects customer data (name, email, order history) to provide and improve our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Restaurant partners may access your order information to fulfill your orders.

The 3 provides a digital platform for restaurants to manage orders, menus, and customer interactions. The platform does not replace your existing POS system. Restaurants remain responsible for food quality, service standards, and compliance with health regulations.

Restaurants are charged per meal processed through the platform. Basic plan: AED 5 per meal. Premium plan: AED 2,000/year + AED 2 per meal. Monthly invoices are generated automatically and must be settled within 30 days. Unpaid accounts after 3 months may be restricted.

Restaurants are responsible for registering their staff on the platform. Digital tips are processed through the platform and remitted to the restaurant for distribution. The 3 is not responsible for internal tip distribution policies between restaurant and staff.

Restaurants can create promotional codes and discount campaigns through their dashboard. The 3 is not liable for revenue loss from misconfigured promotions. Discount card verification is the restaurant's responsibility.

The 3 reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate platform terms, fail to meet quality standards, or remain inactive. Restricted accounts will be notified by email with an opportunity to address concerns before termination.

Restaurants have access to their own operational data including orders, revenue, and customer feedback. The 3 retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement and market analysis. Individual customer data is not shared between restaurants.
